How long does it take to ship my product?

I generally take around 2-5 business days to prepare your package, sometimes less!

Do you accept order cancellations, refunds, or exchanges?

• I don't accept order cancellations unless I haven't shipped it out yet - Please contact me before you cancel (in case I'm already at the post office). Otherwise, all sales are final.

• Unless your order arrives damaged, I do not accept refunds.

• I do accept exchanges under these conditions: 

1) Contact me within 2 days of delivery.

2) Ship items back within 1 week of delivery.

3) Buyers must return items in original condition. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items must not be worn or dirtied.
